Her father and I never married and he has been absent in her life and recently filed for custody. He was extremely abusive to me emotionally and physically and I have a indefinite restraining order against him for Domestic Violence. God please protect my daughter and I as he has begin lying to his attorney and trying to make me appear as an unfit mother in order to gain custody. He has always threatened to take custody of our daughter if I filed for child support. Please pray as the court hearing is set for 19 Feb (tomorrow at 9am), 1 March (mediation which is required) and another (date to be determined) thereafter. God knows my prayer, please pray for us!
