A Year-end Gift of Safe Drinking Water

Give a Child
the Gift of Safe Drinking water
at year-end.

As we celebrate this Christmas Season and the New Year, I'd ask you to take a moment to pray for those less fortunate. Children's Hunger Relief Fund has one hope as this year comes to a close, please help us "Save the World, one child at a time."

Globally it is estimated that 1,800 children under the age of five die every day as a result of drinking contaminated water. Yes something we take for granted, clean water, is the cause. Most of these children live in the sub-Saharan were water sources are stagnant ponds or muddy water holes shared by other animals. Take a moment to view this short video with a comment from one student.

Providing safe drinking water is one of the most cost-effective means to save a child’s life. A $500 water tank or $3,500 well from CHRF will serve a community for as many as 25 years, that’s just pennies a day. If you can’t provide a water tank or well, give what you can, it all adds up.

PS. As the year comes to a close, now is a great time to consider a tax deductible donation. Your generosity allows CHRF to serve God’s children. We couldn’t do it without you.

May God bless you and your family during this Holiday Season.

For the Children,

CV Doner
