I work in healthcare, so this impacts the health and wellbeing of others, too. In addition, I have a very terrible employee that I may have to fire soon. I\'ve been working with her for two years to get her to improve and haven\'t seen the necessary changes. Please pray that God will send me a hard worker that meets the standards set by my company, follows the rules, and that can work well with some of the difficult personalities and challenges that they will encounter on the job.
