Pray for Us: Daily Prayer Requests

Prayer Requests

Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Philippians 4:6

Together, let us pray for the needs of our brothers and sisters. Please remember these intentions in your daily prayers.

As I sit here tonight, I am in need of some many miracles and blessings. In April 2011' my daughter made a decision that has wrecked havoc in our lives. I lost my job and home. The situation has caused me to be hindered in my job search. I do not have a source of income and find it hard to support my daughter who is away at college. We do not have a home and have to live with people who make it very hard for us and do not want us here. I pray that I will find a job very soon. I pray that we are blessed with our own safe, clean and spacious home very soon; that we are healthy and kept safe. I pray that I am blessed with an immediate financial blessing so I can catch up on my bills and stop my car from being repoed and pay other bills. I pray my daughter stay focus and finishes college. My prayers requests are needed immediate and I know have to keep my trust and faith in God. Please help me God and send angels to help me! Amen!

Mother Mary - please have mercy on my son-in-law as he searches for a job. Please guide him toward work that he will be good at and a job where he can excel and feel good about. Please fill the prospective employers with the Holy Spirit to help them see DEA for the good, caring and hard working individual he is. His family is very much in need and a job must be had in the next few weeks. I ask this in Jesus name - Amen

My friend needs a miracle! She is pregnant with her second child and he is due in May. Doctors have discovered that her baby, Nolan, has an inoperable heart defect. Due to his heart condition, Nolan is only expected to live a few weeks after being born. Last Tuesday Angie and her husband were at the funeral home picking out a casket for Nolan and making all the burial arrangements. It's a very sad situation. So, as you can see, they need a miracle. Last Wednesday, I attended confirmation parent night with my 14-year old son. During the second half of the evening, the parents and students were brought together for introductions and sharing. After introducing their parents, the students were asked to tell everyone what name they had chosen for confirmation. One of the boys has chosen Fulton Sheen. He is related to Archbishop Fulton John Sheen on his father's side. Since most in the room were not familiar with Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, the young man shared a little information about him and let us know that the archbishop is one miracle away from becoming a saint. Since that night I have been praying to Archbishop Fulton Sheen for the miraculous healing of Nolan Robert's heart. Please join me in praying for a miracle. Thank you for your prayers!
