Amen Greg Monday, November 25, 2013 Dear Lord, I feel sick. You brought to me last night at the gathering a lovely woman to meet who was right up my alley. And, once more, I blew it. I thought the fellow she was with was her husband, boyfriend, or fiancee. Now I find out he was none of those things. I ignored her because I didn't want to be indiscreet because I really believed he was one of those in relation to her. May I have another opportunity with her somehow, some day? Amen JG Monday, November 25, 2013 Dear God: This past year has seen many challenges for my family. And today, just found out my daughter's blood pressure was high and doctor's concerned and need to re-check again. In the meantime, I am worried for her and the fact that if it would remain high, she'll have to see a specialist which will seriously set us back financially. I want her to receive the best healthcare, but we're having difficulty with our present medical insurance and with Affordable Care Act, I'm not sure how things will play out and am worried and frightened for her and our family. Also pray for her sisters who married/moved away and pray that You will send blessings to them. It has left us rather sad and I just want my family to stay close and connected. Pray that will be so. This may have been part of reason for HBP. But I pray that when it is re-taken, that it will be normal and she knows she needs to exercise more and lose a little weight, but I don't want her feeling bad about herself. She otherwise eats well and I think the problem is from stress and she internalizes it. Just pray that she'll open up to me and others and that it won't be from any more serious problem. She has had a very rough start in life and I have tried so hard to help her get through the hurdles and have good self-esteem. Had to receive PT, OT, Speech, etc. And it wasn't fun to watch her have to struggle. It had me in tears at times because I love her so much and want the very best for her, but insurance has gotten so unaffordable, that we don't know how we're going to keep up. Please pray for us, for her and a normal blood pressure reading next office visit. For peace of mind. Thank you.
