Hello, Wisdom.
Jesus, I Trust in You
Today, we celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday. In the early 1900s, Faustina Kowalska, a humble Polish nun, received a series of revelations. She had a vision of Jesus with his hand raised in blessing. His other hand rested on his own heart, and streams of brilliant light, representing his mercy, poured forth. The prayer he taught her to accompany this vision was Jesus, I Trust in You.
Receive God's Mercy Today
The feast of Divine Mercy Sunday was instituted by St. John Paul II, and is celebrated the Sunday after Easter. In one diary entry, Faustina wrote that anyone who participated in the Mass and received the sacraments of Penance and the Eucharist on this day would be assured full remission of their sins and punishments.
In honor of this day, we have several books that help celebrate this feast, available for you at a 25% discount. Faustina's diary, which is the basis of the book Revelations of Divine Mercy: Daily Readings from the Diary of Blessed Faustina Kowalska, contains a meditation for every day of the year, including excerpts from her diary.
