I wanna lose about 35-50 pounds this year, its my goal! I had a brain injury 3 years ago from a wreck. I hit my frontal lob and that's where the personality is. It was hit the hardest and so from that I have anger, depression and mixture of emotions. I'm on anti-psychotic, Anti-depressants, nerve & sleeping pill. The first two is the ones that has made me gain the weight. Please pray that I can lose that weigh this year! I have already lost 25 pounds and I want to lose more!!
